QFlow

QFlow enables sites to automatically capture waste and material delivery tickets as soon as they arrive on site. By taking a picture of the transfer notes, all projects can ensure that the waste transfer tickets are in line with legal Duty of Care requirements. Simplify the paperwork on site.

Qflow enables construction sites to automatically capture material delivery tickets, goods received notes and waste transfer notes on site, independent of supply chain systems and reporting. Qflow’s intelligent AI system, digitalise and structures the information into a cloud-based portal allowing waster manager or site manager to track delivery on site.

By utilising Qflow, all projects can ensure that the waste transfer tickets are in line with legal Duty of Care requirements. If a nonconformance is triggered after scanning a ticket, the site user will be notified of the error, and this will prompt the project to contact the waste contractor to reissue the waste ticket with the correct information. 

Qflow, allow all projects to monitor compliance against material certification and product and supplier certificate 
By capturing all waste transfer notes through Qflow’s app, Qflow can integrate with the project’s SMARTWaste account through API, meaning that the data from the waste transfer notes are automatically transferred through to SMARTWaste. 
Through Qflow’s Power BI dashboard, each project can visualise the data that they have been uploading onto the app. The Power BI app allows the user to view: 

• Material and waste summaries 

• Compliance/risk trends 

• Carbon (transport and embodied) 

QFlow allowed an easy and more efficient management of delivery recording due to its comprehensive data capturing, which in turn has saved time taken processing invoices for payment. It allowed one-site employees to avoid spending time on scanning and sending emails, and to be proactive.
